At RAPID Healthcare Solutions, there’s nothing more important to us than our customers. That’s why, starting in February we’ll reach out to you with news, updates, and insights through our new, bi-monthly newsletter. Not only will we be giving you general updates about what’s new in healthcare, but you can also expect thoughtful advice and information from our team. Making sure that your business is working efficiently and staying up to date with the ins and outs of the healthcare world is our job. Each member of our team has their own unique personal and professional background, which means we can offer insight that no other organization can.
So what’s in store for our premiere, February report?
- First off, every report will provide links to all of the content we’ve published on our website (www.RapidHealthcare.com) from the past few weeks. That way, if you’ve missed any of our emails, blog post, or other announcements, you can find them all in one convenient place.
- Our director, Jessica Hasler will contribute a new “Note From the Director” every edition. She’ll be able to give some insight as to what the whole RAPID team has been up to recently, as well as key industry updates and advice. If we’ve started any new initiatives or important projects, Jess will be the first to let you know. This month, she’s given readers an overview of what we accomplished in 2018, and what to expect from us in 2019.
- You can also look forward to updates from April Bush, one of RAPID Healthcare’s Customer Success Managers, in her column, “Ask April.” She’ll be providing her advice and insights on an array of topics within the world of healthcare. Readers will get a glimpse into April’s extensive background in healthcare administration and billing, with a particular focus on time-savings and return on investment. We take note of our customer’s most common questions and concerns, and April will lay out how to best tackle them.
- Since the beginning of 2019, we’ve been working on several projects that we’ll tell you all about in the newsletter. For example, the entire ECC Technologies family has been collecting winter clothes for the students at Rochester’s Early Childhood School No. 57 for a few months. We’ll be sharing photos of the results of that drive, along with some more exciting pictures. Most notably, RAPID Healthcare’s Jessica Hasler and Celeste Brown will be attending this year’s HIMSS conference in Orlando, Florida. Click here to jump to our last blog post about what you can expect at HIMSS. Our first newsletter will feature plenty of pictures and updates from our time at HIMSS. We’ll be sure to fill you in on what you missed.
The RAPID Healthcare Solutions team looks forward to hearing from you. Keep your eyes on your email inbox to check out our very first report, and let us know what you think!
